Meet Linda

I grew up simply in the Midwest, where connection and community were the heart of life. Over the years, I’ve lived on both coasts of the United States, built a career in finance that looked successful on the outside but left me searching for meaning, and raised three boys into young men—a role that remains one of my proudest accomplishments. Now living in Texas, I’ve come to appreciate the richness of each place I’ve called home and the shared humanity we all experience. These experiences taught me that no matter where we come from, we all carry our joys and our pains. They are the universal threads that weave through our lives, connecting us in ways we don’t always see.

I’ve always been curious about what shapes us—our motivations, what brings us joy, and how we find our way through pain. I find it helpful to break down life’s complexities into simple, relatable ideas, making it easier for people to feel understood and giving voice to experiences they may struggle to articulate. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, working through relationship challenges, or addressing the impact of addiction or other struggles, therapy provides a space to explore both the joys and the difficulties of life and begin creating meaningful change.

What draws me to this work every day is the privilege of being part of your process: helping people uncover the stories they’ve carried, rewrite the ones that no longer serve them, and create lives that feel more authentic and connected. Whether you’re seeking clarity, rebuilding trust, or looking to align your life with your values, I’m here to guide and support you with curiosity, empathy, and the belief that transformation is always possible.

My Approach

Every person’s story is unique, shaped by their experiences, relationships, and aspirations. I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for the complexity of your journey. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood—a space where the challenges and mysteries of life can be explored and made more manageable.

Therapy is an invitation to pause and reflect—to make sense of the patterns that shape your life, uncover strengths you may not yet see, and imagine new possibilities. I believe that even life’s most complex struggles can be broken down into simpler, more relatable terms, helping you feel empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence. For individuals navigating personal challenges or major life transitions, therapy provides a space to reconnect with your values, build resilience, and rediscover what feels meaningful. For couples seeking to bridge distance, rebuild trust, or rekindle intimacy, it offers a way to deepen understanding and strengthen connection.

When gambling addiction touches a family, its impact ripples far beyond the individual, straining trust, communication, and emotional bonds. Therapy creates a space where families can confront these challenges together, explore the unspoken dynamics at play, and find ways to rebuild trust and heal. It’s also a space for education and prevention, helping families recognize the early signs of gambling risk and develop strategies to avoid serious addiction before it takes hold.

I believe transformation begins when we feel seen and understood. Whether you’re seeking clarity, facing relational challenges, or supporting a loved one through addiction, our work will focus on uncovering what’s holding you back, reclaiming your sense of purpose, and crafting a path forward that feels authentic and alive.

Even in the hardest moments, there is room for growth and connection. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences, break them down into actionable steps, and move toward a life that feels balanced, authentic, and true to who you are.
